Production Line

The production of “Metchimgrup” S.R.L. itself is based on the first floor of the building. Premises for storage of raw materials and finished products, as well as some auxiliary premises, are located at 1-3 levels.

    The design and construction of the production building were carried out taking into account modern safety requirements, environmental safety standards, and plenum-and-exhaust ventilation system ensures comfortable working conditions for our employees.

    The key activity of the company is the production of plastic goods. Therefore, both the main and auxiliary equipment were purchased taking into account the current global trends of the above-mentioned ​​industries. We possess equipment for the production of plastic products by injection and blowing methods, which allow the production of products weighing from 0.3 kg to 1.5 kg and a volume of 0.5 liters to 5 liters. For mounting and dismantling of molds, there is an overhead crane with an electric drive. The crane allows to move molds weighing up to 2500 kg.

     All production processes are organized according to the principle of a waste-free closed cycle and are supervised by experienced management specialists.
